“My father always told me to treat others with the respect that you would like to be treated.”
Meet Alan VanDeWalker, Pipefitter Field Leader who has been with Egan for one year.
Alan loves to go camping and fishing with his family or attend car shows with his self-built ’52 Chevy pickup. Fun Fact – he was also the Mayor of his hometown of Zumbro Falls for 26 years.
Our company is shaped by who we are, not just what we do. Together, we are Egan.
“Egan’s commitment to safety every day is something I value and is a big reason why I choose to work here.”
“Every day at Egan is different. I enjoy the challenges presented and finding solutions to those problems.”
“What I love about my job is being a part of the process from start to finish. Watching a project go from the computer screen to a completed building is very rewarding.”
“Running a jobsite can be challenging. Satisfying the customer’s needs while keeping Egan’s best interest isn’t always easy, but it’s rewarding.”
“The best part about my job is working alongside people that care just as much as I do about making Egan a great place to work.”
Meet John Kolb, Jr., Electrical Field Leader who has been with Egan for 14 years.
“I absolutely cherish the wonderful people I’ve come to know at Egan. There are still plenty I have yet to meet, but I can honestly say that I’ve yet to meet a single Egan employee who I haven’t liked.”
“I take each job day-by-day and stay positive. Egan has been an amazing company to work for as they always provide any tools or equipment needed to get the job done.”
“An Egan perk I love is the Safety Buck program. Egan is always trying to do things to improve employee satisfaction and keep us safe.”
