DAILY JOB OF AN EGAN CONTROLS ELECTRICIAN

Controls electricians install, maintain, repair, and lay out electrical systems and equipment. They perform the work of trade electricians, but specialize in designing, maintaining, and troubleshooting electrical controls and panels. A majority of their work occurs within the industrial and manufacturing industries by helping customers maintain and improve their product process and systems for production.

Common systems that controls electricians work on include food and beverage processing, conveying, packaging, water and wastewater, material handling, batching, and robotic systems.
