Kevin [Egan Field Leader] and his crew did an outstanding job in accomplishing a complex critical lift safely. Kevin and I reviewed the lift plan and he agreed to establish a greater safety margin for the lift. His focus and efforts to make the job safer is commendable. He would not proceed to the next step until he was sure it was safe and until the entire crew was ready.
These actions and attitudes by your foremen set an example for all of those involved. This is what gets us home safely each day.
