As CFO, Chris Keller provides the strategic oversight and financial intelligence necessary to position Egan for sustainable, profitable growth. With 30 years of experience in accounting and finance—more than a decade of which has been focused on the construction industry—Chris brings a seasoned, veteran perspective to the executive team.

Known for his stabilizing presence, he excels at navigating complex challenges while ensuring those around him remain focused and clear-minded. Chris is driven by Egan’s unique culture, noting: “my favorite part of working here is our collective commitment to continuous improvement.” Beyond the numbers, he finds deep motivation in the shared work ethic and grit of the AEC industry. Beyond his responsibilities as CFO, Chris serves on Egan’s Board of Directors, where he provides strategic leadership on long-term direction and key company decisions.

Beyond Egan: Chris loves spending his time with his family – whether that be on road trips to their favorite national parks, exploring new places, or simply time at home, together. He also enjoys reading, kayaking, hiking, and motorsport events. He received his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from St. Cloud State University and his Master of Business Administration from Metropolitan State University.
