- Target Corporation’s Northern Campus – only five miles from Egan Company’s Brooklyn Park headquarters – originally opened in 2001 and underwent a major expansion in 2014.
- The InterClad team proved crucial to the construction of two 8-story buildings, housing more than 3,000 employees.
- A single-source exterior glazing and envelope package was provided, along with high-end interior finishes
- Egan was also responsible for the Schneider Electric INET system, work on all the mechanical systems, chillers, boilers, air handlers, VAV boxes, radiation control, full DDC, and internet connectivity.
