- One of Minnesota’s longest-standing family businesses, Rahr manufactures and distributes ingredients for the brewing and beverage industry worldwide. They were one of the first to modern malt productions in the state.
- This project included construction of four new facilities, including the Design/Build electrical installation in a new 115,000 square foot malt house and a 6,000 square foot warehouse and distribution facility.
- Egan engineered, programmed, custom-built control panels, and performed electrical prefabrication for the facility.
- The expansion adds 70,000 metric tons of annual malting capacity. That’s enough malt for brewery customers across the U.S. to brew 6 billion bottles of the average craft beer!
