- Located in Rochester, Minn., Kellogg Middle School underwent a 176,000-square-foot remodel focused on modernizing lighting, technology, power, and safety systems throughout the building.
- The work was completed over two consecutive summers, beginning in 2024, to minimize classroom disruptions and align with district scheduling needs.
- The Egan team led the full installation of new lighting systems and n-Light controls, ensuring greater energy efficiency and smarter building management.
- Egan also completed a fire alarm system upgrade, featuring RPU’s standard three-strobe configuration—weather, fire, and lockdown alerts—to enhance overall school safety.
- The project included over 2,100 lighting fixtures and required over 700 hours of installation to complete.
- The remodel aligns with similar upgrades in other Rochester Public Schools facilities, supporting a consistent approach to safety and modern learning environments district-wide.
