  • Rival House is a newly renovated sporting parlour at Grand Casino Hinckley. Egan’s mechanical team was utilized in a Design/Build role for the construction of this project.
  • The scope included a full remodel to the existing space which was comprised of eight new RTU’s, bathrooms, and all duct work for the new bowling alley, bar and kitchen/dining area, live music stage, dance floor, arcade, and kitchen walk-in coolers.
  • Egan completed all HVAC, plumbing, piping, and controls for this project.
