  • Egan Company has been the maintenance service provider for Evoqua’s Roseville facility, and was tasked with turn-key service for their office remodel.
  • The two-story building remained occupied while Egan performed upgrades on nearly all areas of the office.
  • HVAC upgrade included a consolidation of roof top units and increased number of VAVs for expanded zone control and a mini-split air conditioning for the IT room.
  • Other upgrades included electrical, temperature controls, graphic user interfaces for HVAC, bathroom ventilation, conference room audio/visual, and phone and data.
