InterClad // Electrical
- To complete this 42-story luxury condominium tower alongside Ryan Companies in the Mill District of Minneapolis, Egan’s scope of work included the electrical and cladding installation.
- In a Design/Build role, Egan’s electrical team provided the necessary electrical systems to satisfy all power and code requirements including multiple services of various loads, over 1000-feet of bus duct and a 600KW emergency generator while utilizing prefabrication throughout all condo buildouts.
- In a Design/Assist role, Egan’s InterClad group installed the exterior aluminum fixed/operable windows, terrace doors, and aluminum curtainwall used in both the condo units and common spaces.
- The completed ELEVEN tower includes a variety of urban floor plans featuring half-floor residences, full-floor residences, duplex style units, and more in the heart of Minneapolis. It boasts 125 high-end units with 8,000 square feet of retail space and a large amenity deck all within a seven-story podium containing 33 level 2 EV Chargers and 22 auxiliary spaces for owners luxury.
