- A confidential research and development facility in Plymouth, Minn., upgraded its laboratory and office spaces with new voice communication and sound masking technology to enhance functionality and workplace comfort.
- Egan Company managed procurement and completed the full electrical installation, including cabling and supports for 804 sound masking and paging speakers throughout the facility.
- The project scope included installation of a paging station at the guard desk, amplifiers, 34 active emitter power injectors with associated power supplies, five system controllers, and two network switches.
- Egan ensured seamless integration of all components into the existing infrastructure to support reliable performance across lab and office environments.
- At project closeout, the team conducted full system commissioning, including tuning and decibel level adjustments, and provided comprehensive owner training to equip facility managers for long-term success.
