  • Eagan, Minn. based Prime Therapeutics consolidated four of its Twin Cities offices into one, newly built office, Boulder Lakes.
  • The four floor, 400,000+ square foot office building is part of the larger Boulder Lakes Business Park.
  • Egan’s Electrical team provided the initial electrical system for future use within the facilities core and shell – this included two 3000 amp electrical services, feeder conduit, panels, switchboards, and a backup generator.
  • The team also installed all of the electrical distribution throughout the restrooms, kitchen, lobby, and fitness center.
  • Roughly 4,000 lights were installed, as well as 100,000 feet of wire and 50,000 feet of Metal Clad (MC) cable.
