- Project utilized Egan Company’s curtainwall, building automation system services, and ongoing 24/7 service to the facility.
- Egan's InterClad team replaced 720 windows from the third to the sixth floors.
- Egan installed new building automation equipment to control state-of-the-art geothermal mechanical heating and cooling system.
- New geothermal systems are 75% more efficient than previous system, resulting in an estimated 30% lower energy costs.
Egan installed a building automation system controlling AHU, VAV, and re-heat, radiation, chiller, and boilers. - The service water heating system includes a passive solar system that is designed to provide 60% of the energy needed for the facility's domestic hot water system. The system collects energy from the sun in tubes to produce domestic hot water used in the building.
