InterClad

4Marq Apartments – a 30-story high-rise apartment building in downtown Minneapolis – is Egan Company’s largest metal panel job ever completed.
On the first six floors of the building, Egan's InterClad team engineered, fabricated, and installed composite metal panels, perforated metal parking garage panels, corrugated screen wall panels, and flush seam ribbon panels.
On the remaining 24 stories, metal panels were mounted on the corners of the building.
Prefabrication of panels in the InterClad shop expedited on-site installation, and with three different colors of panel – two of which were very similar – installation required great precision and attention to detail.

We would like to recognize and express our gratitude to Brian [InterClad Site Superintendent] for his recent efforts at U.S. Bank Stadium. We worked closely with him to troubleshoot and maximize the operation of the provided door controllers. Brian was instrumental during this effort and should be commended for his proactive problem solving and diligent work efforts. These efforts were a critical component in obtaining our certificate of occupancy from the City of Minneapolis.
