  • The church has existed in its current location for nearly 150 years.
  • Egan removed existing low pressure steam boiler, radiant heaters, and piping throughout the current mid-century building.
  • The old system was replaced with new high efficiency hot water boilers and all new piping loops to serve all of the hydronic heating. Egan also connected the new system to power.
  • The building remained occupied by church staff and small children in the daycare area, so extreme care was necessary during construction.
The three mile southbound stretch between Highways 55 and 394 of the 494 reconstruction project opened to the traveling public two months prior to its required opening date. The C.S. McCrossan management team wants to thank you all for your efforts in helping us achieve this milestone. The hard work you provided is recognized and appreciated.

Thank you to Dennis and Bill [Egan Field Leaders] for an excellent job on the Martin Combustion Modernization project. Egan was recognized at our project close-out meeting as a great contractor by 20 representatives from Covanta, Hennepin County, and Martin Engineering. We look forward to working with Egan again.
Project Manager
We were experiencing problems with our Sielox Pinnacle software connecting to the controller, due to a server crash. Martin [Egan Field Leader] was able to get our system back up and running over the phone, in minimal time. We have no documentation on this system and Martin’s help troubleshooting the system was greatly appreciated. Great job!
