- As the largest retail and entertainment destination in the country, the Mall of America has more than 5.6 million square feet of gross building area and nearly 40 million visitors annually.
- Originally built in 1992, the Mall of America has undergone a number of renovations in recent years, including a recent one to its Management Office.
- In three months, Egan’s Mechanical team installed the HVAC system for the Mall of America's new 28,000 square foot office.
- All new supply and return ductwork was installed to update the two levels of office space with new duct distribution and HVAC. This included all new VAVs and fan-powered VAVs with duct distribution for 21 zones.
- Each zone also includes controls to operate the updated mechanical equipment.
