Recognized with National Award for Best Internal Training Program
November 25, 2025
Honored with the 2025 Glass Magazine Award for Best Internal Training Program, Egan Company is recognized for its continued commitment to employee development and excellence in workforce training. Presented by Glass Magazine and the National Glass Association, the award highlights companies across North America that demonstrate innovation, leadership, and impact in the glazing and glass industry.

This recognition celebrates Egan’s structured and evolving internal training program designed to support both trades and admin employees. With a strong focus on safety, technical skills, leadership development, and career growth, the program reflects Egan’s long-standing belief that investing in people is key to delivering high-quality work and lasting customer relationships.
“Egan has always made our people’s development and growth a priority, so to be recognized nationally for our L-3 Leadership Program is a great honor, especially given all the other strong programs out there,” said Ryan Woodruff, Egan Company Vice President. “In the construction industry, it’s not uncommon for a high-performing individual to move through the ranks quickly, often stepping into leadership roles without formal leadership training. The L-3 program strives to give those individuals the skills they need not only to manage the work but to lead a team as well. The end result is a happier, more well-rounded employee and a strong team working together to deliver an exceptional building for our customers.”

Egan’s custom-designed training programs include hands-on learning, mentorship opportunities, in-house safety certifications, and continuous education across multiple disciplines. The company also emphasizes building cross-functional knowledge to support internal collaboration and to develop well-rounded professionals.
The Glass Magazine Awards program honors companies that are setting the standard for excellence in the glass and glazing industry. Winners are featured in the publication’s September issue and celebrated at the annual GlassBuild America trade show.
