EGAN COMPANY SENIOR LEADER MARK BROADWATER TO RETIRE

MINNEAPOLIS, MN (October 1, 2025) – Egan Company, a local multi-trades contractor and system integrator, announced the retirement of Mark Broadwater, Vice President of Automation, Technology, and Service (ATS) in 2026.

Broadwater joined Egan in 2017, bringing nearly three decades of industry experience to his leadership role with the ATS business. Throughout his career, he has been known for fostering strong relationships, supporting the growth of his teams, and guiding initiatives with a people-first approach. During his Egan tenure, Broadwater has led the Building Automation, Technology, and Service businesses through periods of internal culture building, significant growth, and change, such as the integration of Egan’s technology systems to deliver a more comprehensive offering to commercial facilities.

In January 2026, Broadwater will retire from Egan. Jeremiah Perkins, who joined Egan in 2001, will succeed him as Vice President of ATS.
