Target Field

Interclad, Egan’s glass and curtainwall company was responsible for the glasswwork on Target Field, the new home of the Minnesota Twins. Egan was on site for approximately one year and in this time installed more than 60,000 square feet of glass curtainwall, aluminum doors and hardware, press box sliding windows, and suite sliding doors around the stadium. Egan also provides ongoing low voltage service and maintenance to Target Field’s video boards, through its Electrical Group.

Bishop Henry Whipple Federal Building

InterClad, Egan’s Glass and Curtainwall group, is replacing 720 windows on the third through sixth floors. The building will have a new state of the art geothermal mechanical heating and cooling system that will be 72% more efficient than traditional electric heating and cooling systems. It is estimated there will be 30% lower energy costs. Egan’s Building Systems and Services Group is providing and installing all new building automation equipment to control these systems. The building includes tenants such as Veteran’s Affairs, The U.S.

Tim Woolworth

Vice President Tim was born in Sioux City, Iowa and moved to Minnesota after joining Egan’s InterClad Group. A graduate of Des Moines Area Community College, with more than 32 years in the glass business, Tim started his career with Swanson Glass, Inc., of Fort Dodge in 1980. Moving to Des Moines to open up that location, for Swanson, Tim spent most of his time in that city. He became InterClad’s Vice President of Operations in 2003 and was named to the Egan Board in 2010. Tim oversees all activity within the InterClad Group.


In 2002, InterClad added the Tru-Therm curtain wall system to complete the full product line of quality aluminum products that Egan has available to offer to our customers. Tru-Therm curtain wall is a seamless, integrated curtain wall system owned, designed, engineered, fabricated, and installed by InterClad.
