- Interstate Companies, a 60-year-old Minnesota trucking repair and parts company, moved its PowerSystems division to a 95,000 square foot maintenance facility in Lakeville, MN.
- The facility includes business offices, warehouses, semi-truck repair center, and a retail store that sells vehicle accessory parts.
- Egan Company’s Mechanical team performed in a Design/Build role to install a new VRF system in all office areas along with sheet metal and pipefitting services throughout the facility.
- Make-up air units were installed with advanced Carbon Monoxide detection systems to monitor the air quality for the workers’ safety.
- A DX cooling system was also installed to temper the air in the summer months.
