Comprised of 211 rooms and totaling 128,000 square feet, the Hampton Inn & Suites is the first ground-up hotel built in Downtown Minneapolis since the recession in 2009.
Acting in a Design/Build role, Egan provided virtual construction services, as well as plumbing, sheet metal, and pipefitting.
In addition, Egan installed a mix of pre-glazed windows and storefront systems to the hotel.
