Become a preferred staffing vendor

We are always interested in learning about new firms, vendors, or tools for recruiting. Egan Company performs most hiring needs in-house; however, we also partner with a small group of preferred vendors when in need of external recruiting assistance. Please follow the established protocol to best help us get to know you.

In order to become an Egan Company preferred vendor, please send an email to containing the following information:

  • An overview of your firm including your location(s), contact information, ownership information, and how you believe you can support Egan’s recruiting or staffing needs.
  • Your firm’s history, including details such as the date your company was established and any prior names your company has operated under.
  • Background of key recruiters/leaders in your firm including particular recruiting specializations (position or candidate types) best supported by your firm.
  • Any prior experience or history placing candidates with any entity of Egan.
  • Proposed pricing structure and other information as you see fit. Selection of preferred vendor partners tends to be based on factors such as expertise, track record, and cost. If your firm is not selected for our preferred vendor list, your information will be retained for review if our current resources do not meet our needs.

Do not submit employee resumes through this website. We are not interested in/will not honor unsolicited candidate referrals with a fee payment. Resumes forwarded to any Egan employee without a fully executed contract approved and signed by Human Resources will not be eligible for fee payment. Unsolicited referrals become property of Egan Company. This process and information applies to all entities of Egan Company.
