Start-Up
As part of our "Promises Made, Promises Kept" initiative, Egan has developed a
Quality Assurance (QA) process for closing out the construction phase of our Cycle of Services.
During this phase of the project our Construction Project Manager will utilize our Service
Group to ensure that our Punch List is completed and that everything is functioning within
the design specifications. The project will then be transitioned to our Service Group for
preventive maintenance during the warranty period.
